Demolition Brewing Company was founded in Laurie, Missouri by a retired Army veteran and his wife. It’s more than a place to enjoy craft beer — it’s a hub for community and veteran support, where every pint raises a toast to those who have served.

A veteran-owned taproom where the beer is stable, the welcome is warm, and every pint raises a toast.

Before there was a brewery, there was a career built on doing incredibly volatile work with incredibly steady hands — twenty-one years as an Army bomb technician. High pressure, zero room for error, and a discipline that doesn’t just switch off when you hang up the uniform.
That’s where the name comes from, and it’s how we brew: recipes that are 100% stable, no drama, no surprises — just absolute precision, poured cold.

Our name reflects a commitment to service and resilience. It’s painted right on the building — a giant American flag and the Demolition mark, on Main Street in Laurie.
Each brew tells a story, and we invite you to share in ours: one crafted pint (or cocktail) at a time. Come experience the flavors and the warmth of a place that celebrates the folks who show up for each other.

Meet the passionate duo behind it all: a retired Army veteran and his wife, who bring a unique perspective to the brewing industry and infuse it into every corner of the taproom.
That shows up on the calendar — Cigar Nights every Wednesday, a Veteran’s Social on the first and third Wednesday with MO VIBE, Bike Nights, live music, car shows and a Bikefest passport stop. Whether you drink or you don’t, all are welcome.

The patio is dog-friendly, the fire pit is lit, and there’s always a stool open. We take the beer seriously — ourselves, a little less.
154 S. Main Street, Laurie. Open Wednesday 2–8 PM — call for weekend and event hours.
