Founded by a 21-year Army bomb tech. Every pint is brewed with discipline — and just enough chaos to keep the brass nervous.
Founded and run by a retired Army veteran and his wife. Every pint raises a toast to those who’ve served.
Every beer is made right here in Laurie — hoppy IPAs, smooth stouts, crisp lagers, and refreshing non-alcoholic options.
Demo Dogs, cocktails, wine, darts and air hockey — on a dog-friendly patio built for good times served cold.
Demolition Brewing was founded by a retired Army veteran — a bomb technician for 21 years — and his wife. The name isn’t just for show: when your career is spent doing incredibly volatile work with incredibly steady hands, “100% stable” is how you brew, too. What started as a commitment to service and resilience is now a hub for the community and for fellow veterans, one crafted pint at a time.
Meet the founders ›From a “beer-flavored beer” to a 10.5% coffee stout — your taste buds have orders.

“Great selection of beer — there’s something for everyone. Nice wine selection and whiskey too. I like that they have more than beer.”
“Demolition Brewing was a real “blast!” Thanks to Harvest Hosts we stayed overnight after a day of enjoying beer and meeting new local friends.”
